The sessions were extremely useful. I feel that I went through a personal development journey guided by a great professional. Thanks for being flexible, adapting to my needs and helping me overcome certain barriers in regards to my reflections and steps forward. It was special that many exercises we used were tailor-made and there was a space for co-creation. The most valuable aspect of coaching for me was the opportunity to work with you to structure my thoughts and intentions in order to come up with the best available decision or solution. You also helped me to find the way back to my basis/get more rooted into my intuition and experience and to put some things that were holding me back aside.
It was very important that the sessions were regular and included homework, which helped me in being more self-aware and consistent in my development process.
I really appreciate the fact that we could check in regularly about the process and change it if it felt like something wasn't working well for me, including exploration of what it was. So I can't say something should have changed or didn't work - it was really a very responsive and flexible process.
